How to fix Ragnarok

step 1: remove the mantis, it doesn’t need to be there and all it does it give the team with the surviving mantis an advantage, it iws way too difficult to take down and it can suck up a spartan laser, the only way to effectively kill it is by hyjacking it which is hard to do when it is far away from you
step 2: replace the saw with shotguns, the shotgun was great for valhalla since it is an open map so it wouldn’t be too imbalanced, it helped deasl with close encounters at the enemy base, the saw on the other hand serves no purpose other than to deal more damage to people.

if this is accomplished, we might save ragnarok.

1 I feel if we give one side a wraith it would be interesting .

2 I agree

The most interesting thing about that will be when the forums are on fire with countless people complaining that “my team having a Mantis and the other a Wraith is unfair - the Wraith is better”, as well as “my team having a Wraith and other a Mantis is unfair - the Mantis is better.”

nah, the mantis would blow it up easily, mantis dominates all vehicles.

Ragnarok is fine. It’s the players that need help.

Agreed Wraith is clunky and fat compared to Mantis that can make precision hits on its targets.

Wraith can 1 hit ram a mantis the hill allows the mortars to go over and hit it. The wraith beats the mantis almost all the time.

True.

When a Mantis is on the loose, teammates need to:

A: EMP the Mantis.

B: A sprint specialist mount the Mantis and stick it

C) The team provide covering fire, and pelting grenades also

No many are waiting for other teammates to handle it, while they are racking up points…

Stop expecting others to solve the problem. Work together to take out that air unit, or that ghost that is busting laps around the map…
