My halo 5 won’t connect to services
Have you tried a soft reset on the console? Hold the power button on the console until the console powers off and then power it back on a minute or so later.

Try restarting your internet router by locating the reset button, or turning it off for 10 seconds. This takes a few minutes to complete, but will flush out any issues in the process. Works absolute wonders for me.
