The best way is to play Warzone Assault which you earn around 2,000 req points. If this goes as planned and each game the defense wins then you earn around 24,000 req points not including lobby wait per hour. If you use a RP Boost then you will get around 2,500 or 2,250.
In my experience most all the time the payout was equal to or less than regular warzone.
I remember watching a video that said SWAT was the best playlist because of how fast the games are, but that was months ago. It probably is Warzone Assault though, but each game you’d have to hold a team to the first base which isn’t always guaranteed.
I play ff for req points. i used to play regular warzone but since the boss refresh games last too long

Any of the warzone modes with an appropriate boost/jackpot are your best bets.
Firefight ends up being the fastest because of the free gold packs you get for every single freaking commendation. By the time you’ve won about 30-40 games, you’ve gotten what feels like 30 free gold packs. When you consider their value at 10k RP, it ends up being the fastest by a long shot.
I think SWAT or Infection are the fastest to earn RP. You can get 1k RP with any boost in one match and play 3-4 maybe even 5 in the amount of time you play one WZ game of any type. Matches in those types go so fast it is so easy to quickly rack up RP.
I feel WZFF is the quickest way to get REQ points!
Now, the best way to get REQ points would have to be Warzone Assult, Warzone Firefight or Infection. If you win every single game of infeciton that will be around 15k with out boosts. Then, Warzone first place for 1 hr will be 12k. Then warzone last place will be 9k
Mythic WFF is also good for REQ.
Luke the notable did a video and Mythic FF is best. Followed by Legendary FF then Heroic FF/WZ Assault. Payouts are noticeable and in one of 343 last post they talked about the payout being adjusted for the hader FF modes.
