Yeah, like the title? Where to farm them best? For commendation.
Head to any covenant bosses and kill any Jackals you see. And if you’re on Raid on Apex 7 or Battle of Noctus, the bases (excluding the Spire on Raid) have normal covenant troops in them at the beginning of the game. (Not sure if there are Jackals)
If you play warzone they will eventually arrive… make sure you head over to all covernent arrivals because they sometimes bring jackals with then.
I am teir 4 for jackal kills - which is about avarage for my enemy commendations… so it isnt very hard if you just go for A.I bosses in warzone.
I’ve been hunting for these Jackals and mostly I see elites only. 
Like 1-3 Jackals for a game and often someone else kills them before me. v_V
And I very often go for all kinds of PVE.
I’m also 4/5 tier for the commendation.

It was the 3rd enemy commendation I completed ( after elite slayer ans soldier slayer )
In apex there are 2 elite ultras who spawn near the beginning…Each spawns with 3 jackels and people usually dont go for them so…easy jackle kills.
Memorize your maps/Covenant locations. Battle for Noctus/ Escape from A.R.C. IMO are the best places to get them. Apex 7 has a few Jackas on it also, but Noctus/A.R.C. are better if you ask me. But if you see a jackal, get it before a teammate does, kill jack if you must.
Honestly don’t remember how I got this so fast. I’m stuck on grunts…
I need more grunts as well but noctus is best for them.
The beginning of RoA7 and BoN there are a few. The first boss you see in BoN there are 3 I think. The elite ultra in RoA7 there are also 3. Oh, and the first boss in EfA there are 2 jackals. You pretty much have to use precision weapon though because they are all bullet sponges. I feel so bad when I get punched by the jackals and die.

In Raid, go for the Elite Ultras that spawn in at 4 minutes. Theres around 3 or 4 Jackals each. But they are all very deadly…

Yep, and easiest way is splatter them and the elite with a ghost. If you are blue they are right outside the base to the left at 4 minutes. Splatter and zip straight by the spire out to the beach and get the other one. I can usually get both on a ghost. Everyone is usually still fighting over the spire.
