So in a previous post I was asking why I didn’t unlock the Halo 5 legendary achievement on solo. I have my profile on my xbox and here to prove that I’ve done it. Not only that but I’ve noticed that I’m not able to get the achievement where I prevent my team from dying when battling the Wardens in “The Breaking” on legendary. I completed that yesterday and the achievement hasn’t popped up yet. How would I go about getting a hold of 343 to ask them why the achievement hasn’t been popping up yet? I’ve contacted the Halo and Xbox Support twitter page and have yet to receive a response. Thanks.

Well I did get disconnected a couple of times on certain games and then reconnect before finishing the mission. However, I’ve replayed them again and still didn’t receive the achievement. I’m at a loss right now.

I think you can try erasing the console cache, sometimes this fix some errors in the game.
Can you even contact anyone from support? Does 343 support any of their players?
I’m stuck at the searching for players screen on Halo 5 and Halo MCC. It searches indefinitely and never finds any players or goes past 1/4 searching for Spartans. I’ve contacted Xbox support and I was directed here after following every technical step possible to resolve this issue. I know the servers aren’t down because I see other players finding games easily. What’s going on, 343? I need some help here.

I’ve tried that and still nothing.
