How to contact someone at 343 or halo?

I am having problems with my campaign game saves on both halo wars Definitive Edition and halo wars 2, it is saying I haven’t done gold on missions, which I have done all gold on both games and I have both the achievements to proof it to.
I have done troubleshooting with one of the customer service team at Microsoft, but unfortunately that didn’t fix it, so it shows I haven’t done anything wrong and the problem isn’t my end, its halo so Microsoft said to contact Halo/343, but I can’t find a email or live chart or anything apart from the forums, anywhere.
So does anyone know how to get hold of them or help with the problem, please?

Post on the Support forum for the respective game. Unfortunately there isn’t a direct way to contact 343 though I suspect that’s because people would abuse it.

Updating the problem, now it is saying I haven’t done any objectives on the new missions and it has not counted some on the old missions, I have done all of the objectives.
Please can someone put this back to what it was, because it is getting worse and nothing seems to be being done :frowning:

Is this still occurring? Did your gold status come back yet?
