Hello, let me preface this with - I’m not a psycho lol. I just want to write a fan letter to Joe and mention a few story ideas I have. Is this allowed? I totally understand if giving out his personal email is an issue, and if so, is there a general 343i email I can send to, that will then pass it along to him?

Luckily he is active on Twitter, don’t know about Discord but also on Reddit and many other sites.
I only managed to get his attention once by wearing nothing but my underpants but on my head, standing outside of 343 with ‘look at the Staten this’ tattooed on my chest.
Didn’t get much of a chat but security promised he would if I got into the straitjacket without fighting.
I’ve just been upgraded to solid food again and holding my own spoon and still no sign of him but if he turns up I’ll let him know you want a word.
Why don’t you write your ideas here? If it gets enough attention maybe someone at 343 sees it.
Hey OP, just to advise you that 343 would not be able to take in your ideas I’m afraid. Microsoft, like most companies, have an unsolicited ideas policy that prevents them from accepting ideas - it’s a legal thing

Ohk thanks for the clarification stckrboy. Just to be clear, I have no delusions of grandeur and I know that even if that wasn’t a policy it would be extremely unlikely to be taken on board. Plus I’m sure Joe isn’t short on ideas lol.
I was just thinking a few things like it’d be cool if Jerome-092 comes into the picture and sort of becomes Chief’s protege. That one of the future dlc campaigns that I really want is ODST 2, ‘Halo Rebels’, where we see returning characters such as Buck, Dare, Vergil, Dutch, Romeo as well as new characters such as “Junior”(Sgt Johnson clone) who you play as, human insurrectionist characters and a female Elite who idolizes humanity for defeating the covenant despite having inferior technology and so chooses to be influenced by human combat techniques, using a patchwork of UNSC gear and a samurai sword.
