As a general rule, publicly traded companies aren’t typically interested in suggestions from individual consumers on how to conduct their stream of revenue.
However, if you’re still hell-bent on getting in contact with 343i or their parent company Microsoft, the easiest way to do it is to reach out via Twitter. There really isn’t a publicly checked or shared email address for 343 industries alone.
You could also suggest your idea here on the forums. It’s hard to tell because they often don’t post, but members of 343 read the forums.
You could also pitch your idea to a creator on YouTube and see if they will discuss it in a video. Some creators get a lot of exposure and it might be a good way to promote your idea if you don’t already have a platform.
I agree with thetimewarptrio too. Twitter is a pretty direct way to communicate with developers.
