The stream is over can I currently watch the old stream to get the twitch drop or does it have to be live?
Without any information on how to proceed, I claimed the āHCS Launch Armor Coatingsā, my account was with the infamous three points āā¦ā, now I canāt find it in-game and it shows as if I had already obtained it.
I logged out and logged in again, and now my account name appears. I completed the time to acquire the āHCS Launch Weapon Coatingsā and it worked.
I believe that up front the company realizes that it made a mistake by not providing explanations on how to claim the skins. So, confirming, when claiming a skin, confirm that your account name appears on Halo Waypoint, otherwise you will remain as claimed but you will not receive anything.

Well not entirely correct. The pose drop doesnāt start till 5pm est.

Even after following other playerās advice and linking accounts correctly more than once, I still have not unlocked anything in-game lol
Thereās many people who claimed their drop(s) and still have not received them in-game. If you watched the twitch stream on mobile this may be the reason why itās delayed. Anyone here who also did everything on mobile and have not received their rewards yet?
This was a problem between twitch and 343i. I think it actually has more to do with 2FA. I had 2FA on and my buddy didnāt.
I settled on the ā¦ instead of the user name on waypoint being the problem. Maybe that has to do with 2FA hanging? It just seems too much like the twitch account is half-linked you redeem it doesnāt show up in history on WP because it doesnāt make it there.
kkolossal did you unlink from both waypoint and twitch before you linked the new account?
All the coatings come in one package same with the gun skins.
I linked my accounts a while ago after Waypoint got an overhaul, and my gamertag was visible in the āLinkedā section, not a āā¦ā
Then after realizing I still didnāt get anything yesterday even after correctly linking accounts, I unlinked from Twitch and Waypoint, created a second Twitch account, linked them both up again but this time got the āā¦ā but as of this morning, the āā¦ā changed to my gamertag so then after seeing my gamertag instead of the āā¦ā I claimed the Drops but still no Drops in-game.
At this point, I donāt even care anymore lol just more cosmetics Iāll be ignoring, I guess.
is there a reason why i only see the Victory shout in my redeem history even though I unlocked the coatings too?
Iām having the same issue; linked Waypoint and Twitch, watched the appropriate streams (Mobile Twitch app), claimed items through the drop menu, and nothing shows up in game.
Like many others, Iāve got the 3 HCS items showing in Twitch inventory but not in game.
