I just played Halo 5 yesterday with no connection issues.

If you’re still experiencing this issue today the problem is somewhere on your end, I would think. It could be:

  • Your Profile

  • Your xbox

  • Your internet connection or internet service provider

  • MAYBE the Microsoft servers in your region are having issues

At this point I’d suggest you try using a different profile, different xbox, goto a friend’s house and try their internet.
Also, you should contact Xbox support.
Lastly, you should submit a ticket to Halo Support: https://support.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thanks for the tips, but I already got my Xbox replaced because of this to no avail, and you can only submit support tickets for mcc and infinite

You should still contact Xbox Support to see what they have to say.
Maybe you’ve got some ports blocked or something that they can guide you to open.

And you CAN submit a bug on Halo support for Halo 5 - you just need to select “Other Titles” first, and then a new drop down box appears for Halo 5, HW2, and Other Title.

Try the other things too, like play on a different profile and at a different person’s house/internet.
