I’ve always heard that there’s some sort of ropes course you have to complete as your final test. Pretty fascinating, really.

I dont think they reveal the process on purpose probably because they dont want an influx of people wanting to be monitors.
Namely because they want smooth moderation and not any power thirsty nerds looking to get moderator status so they can enforce their petty whims which is the frequent bane of forum sites.
I mean they’re just the guys who enforce the forum rules, beyond that they’re really no different to anyone else. Frankly I wouldnt want to be a moderator.

I tried to use my ODST - Onyx rank to pick up chicks but you really gotta get the Spartan rank to impress them.
