So many topics about this complaint of saying that Promethean Vision is Overpowered…well, I can’t really say if it is or not, because I haven’t even played the game yet. I know that 343i did say that there was going to be a noise or something of some sort to allow players to know who is using PV, BUT, if we could choose 1 way to balance PV, what would it be?
