Quit in the pre-game lobby.

I am pretty sure that a bunch of people got reset after doing this for boosting credits.

There hasn’t been any reset bans since April last year. There is nothing wrong with avoiding bans. People do it all the time, including myself.

or you know… you could just play the game and not quit because youre getting owned ?

Yah, there is nothing wrong with avoiding bans. You wanna know how I avoid the banhammer? I play every single game and never quit. Then, I don’t have to worry about switching the time on my xbox because I have quit so many games.

And don’t intentionally betray team mates. Had a guy betray me four times.

First one, just moved on, second one I could logically understand what Could have happened. 3rd one: “hey watch it pal!” 4th one: “Okay I’m done with you, get out!”

How about you just don’t quit?

That’s what I mean when I use the term “dashboarding.” Quitting in the pre-game lobby before the game starts. While this will allow you to avoid being quit banned, you still get put on probation for it.

The above method prevents you from even being put on probation. Apologies, I should’ve been more precise with my definitions. I thought everyone knew what dashboarding was.

Nice post. It’s good to see someone out there is doing some good.

Thanks. It’s hard to bring myself to create threads nowadays with all the trolls on here. Glad I could help out someone though.

I usually forgive on the first one, unless it was obviously intentional. But the 2nd, I’ll usually boot.

I don’t encourage people to quit a game.

Leaving for an important matter however, is a different story.

I hate being left alone to deal with an entire team of spawn-killing players.

So, I don’t approve of this ‘exploit.’

Perhaps you missed the point then.

With this exploit, you’ll no longer be required to stay alone and deal with being pooped on by spawn-killers and face-sitters. You can simply quit out and perform the exploit so that you don’t get put on probation. Rinse and repeat as necessary.

Your disapproval makes little sense; you seem to contradict yourself in your own post.

Since the likelihood of being in this situation all too often is slim to none, there is no need for an exploit to avoid a quit ban. Just quit that one time, and play every other game.

You mean the likelihood of being matched with a full party of inheritors and reclaimers? The likelihood that your teammate will ragequit when the point margin passes 10 or 15 points? The likelihood that someone will get booted for an accidental betrayal?

Yeah, that almost never happens.
