in most of the halo games im usually good with precision weapons like the br, the carabine, magnum, dmr, etc. but in halo reach i always have a strange difficulty to hit the shots with the dmr.
example: i aim to the head. you need 5 shots to kill some one, but i hit only 3 or 4, the 5th bullet always spread because of the bloom. i dont know if it has to see that i shoot fast, but if you can help me giving me some tips it would be awesome, so i can play better in the legacy reach and in the future MCC version.
Just practice. I play a lot of BTB on Reach and sometimes if I’m missing shots, I will play Octagon with friends on classic bloom so when I enter TU game types it feels easy.
Take time between shots to minimize your bloom .

It’s a map. It’s just an octagon shaped room with instant spawning, DMR/Sniper and just fight none stop with a friend. If you play this on classic bloom up to 100 then go in matchmaking, it will help you a lot.
The key is to always pace your shots. It’s more difficult to hit an enemy when just mashing the right trigger, as the accuracy will consequently get worse. When you pace your shots, it will be more accurate (and might do more damage?) It’s important to do this with the pistol as well.
Pace your shots & aim for the Head, tapping the trigger rapidly will result in inaccurate shots thanks to Bloom
Aim for the chest till their shields pop, then go for the headshot.
