Do you mean the nameplates? If so then that feature is no longer available I’m afraid. If you didn’t set a name plate before Bungie left Halo, you can no longer set one.

like stckrboy said, you can’t do anymore, it had to be done on bungie.net, but they haven’t been supporting any Halo game since yearly 2011, sorry.
