I don’t know where I got this idea from but when one team is being farmed for over 5 minutes and the core has not received any damage, 20-30 marines should spawn and charge out and kill the enemy team wit their laser guided accuracy and their firepower. This would let the Spartans get back into the game and actually get a chance to win, I’m sure 343 could easily do this. What are your thoughts on this
I like the basic idea, think it needs to be refined further.
Eg if they have a tank , then the marines just all die quickly anyway
Snipers would not be killed possibly , and the marine spawns would just be monitored
But the main issue with farming is identifying it can be difficult , sometimes you just cant get that extra little push to destroy the core or even damage it - as shown in warzone assault where teams can lose both bases and then defend the final core for 6 minutes
In WZ Farming fireteams are literally in your home base, sometimes with tanks, just spawn killing, not destroying the core. If they are not in your core, they may not be farming. Marines would be cannon fodder.
That is an awesome idea!!! Except players would die within 3 seconds of just 1 marine, imagine 30!!! Players TTK SEVERELY NEEDS TO BE INCREASED. Because players wouldn’t even be able to retreat or re strategies if these marines showed up. If not, the player TTK needs to be increased or doubled either way. Maybe then there actually wouldn’t be any farming at all!!!
