Hell did I only get high end platform in 1’s when I only lost 1 match and other seasons I’ve played I’ve either beenew diamond or onyx and at one point champion? This makes no sense?

They reset the MMR last season. Did you play much season 5?

Ah right that explains it, and no but thanks I was just shocked haha. Ah well gives me something to grind at again I suppose a reset was needed.

From what i heard they did a HardReset on both
CSR and MMR on Session 5.

What does this mean?

The MMR is what is most important to note because Your MMR is what Determines your overall “Skill”, in previous sessions they would only Reset your CSR (Your Rank)
Which means as long as you still had a high MMR from last session you would be almost guaranteed
1700 onxy or less.

Its impossible to get champion from just your placement matches.

TTDR:
You have to grind again like it was Session 1
If you want the rank of champion.

Ah that makes sense then especially since I didn’t play much of season 5 at all, thank you for taking the time to explain. At least I’ve got something to grind for again.
