I dont believe Im the only one who has been witness to the downward spiral this game has taken, since the updates. Amazingly this banhammer only aeems to affect people who are fed up being matches featuring modded controllers and the hella lag the shadiest of players like to expose the game for. But all to find the people who just want legit matches being banned for whatever time it generates. The “Banhammer” only seems to punish thise who dont (for the lack of a better word) cheat. And now we are seeing a miss use of the dlc content buy a premium pack for an allotted amount of actual cash. And all the mean while lower the loot chances on the req point versions. 5 fold packs with nothe but perm warzone funs and emblem? WTF! Seriously Ive been a fan since halo 2 when it was in the correct hands (Bungie) this skeezy pay out version of multiplayer is left something to be desired. But by all means this is a forum so jump in on your opinion. But the truth up front is my rant is rhetorical and what you may plop down isnt changing what I said or proving anything in your direction.

so you dont like the banhammer, you quit, you deserve a ban that simple. I dont understand your complaint for the req packs, its terribly written. Bungie made destiny, that should end there. Would you rather have reqs that are able to be bought (not required since all content is not locked behind a pay wall) or have the entire game gutted then locked behind a pay wall? If you say the latter than there something wrong with you.

Steadily updating a game is bad? Not changing the balance or gameplay, and simply adding new modes, maps, and guns are bad?

The updates have steadily made this game worse because they’re not updates. It’s original content being re-implemented late. Nobody can follow what this game will be like next month and frankly, not many care anymore.
I play with a group of people that love this game and we look forward to each update. Riptide and overgrowth were bad maps and the game has problems but its FUN. R.E.L.A.X and just enjoy the game.
this whole topic is funny as Comic Book Guy says “Worst topic ever” OP their pr department is working hard to placate what -Yoink!- has made them do and the guidlines set out by -Yoink!-. I think 343 is doing ok under those terms. But I would like to see the updates closer to the beginning of the month, if not weekly. Instead of at the end of the month.

You agree with him?! They actually are updates and, big or small, it’s still improving the game. You don’t know that all the content from the updates were supposed to be in the game. Some, like forge, probably were, but definitely not all of them. I don’t see how adding new modes, maps, weapons, armor, etc is making the game worse. Please explain and don’t talk about the ban hammer, it has nothing to do with the actual updates.

Matchmaking for people in New Zealand and Australia gets steadily worse with each update.
