If they make the “Shield” look more like a Visor, that would be pretty cool. Especially if your Secondary colour still painted over it with the X pattern.

Ehh, I dunno… Why take all the time and effort to put an RPG-like character customization feature in a Halo game, when we’ll never see our multiplayer Spartan’s face?

See through visors look weird, I like my spartan being faceless. It would still be cool if that was a visor, Protector would also look cooler like that.
It’s just a render of what the inside of the helmet looks like… It’s the same exact helmet from multiplayer.

I would want customizable eyebrows with this.
That would be amazing… The mouth section of Locus is so hardcore mixed with the introduced human face makes this just awesome. I love it.

Wow what a beautiful concept. Locus was actually born from a DOOM concept. I t is a nod to DOOM sanctioned for Halo 4 . Hyabusa had a similar origin. I will post the concept when I get off the freeway.lolz Game development is no different than any other specialized industry. The most important commodity is not the gamer. It is actual level artist, and designers. This often often is a shared resource amongst competing game companies. That being said, not all such completions are unfriendly . Craft masters often have respect for the work of their fellows masters.

I thought all the helmets had a polarizing visor like the ODST. Right?
And some aren’t even glass. There are microcameras on the outter layer of the faceplate, and on the inside, looks like a tv screen with the spartans HUD. Just like Iron man!

Could have the option to turn off your helmet like in ODST.
Hell, I’d buy a Halo game just for that. Mass Effect/Saints facial customization with the option for having your helmet off/on in-game would be pretty cool. Plus, it’d be great for Machinima.
Locus is the best helmet in my opinion but I just wished it had a visor (although not see-through) like in the link above.

WTH haha! It almost looks like the flood in a way. I can see how it looks similar to the Locus helmet, at least if it was skin instead…or whatever that is.

Totaly agree i wish i could have a visor on my locust helmet add my forest camo legs and boom ultimate armor set up instead of the warrior helmet you know have the locust with visor and my forest camo legs with the rest of the warrior armor. things that could be changed upon personal preferance. who knows mabey 343 will add an update to add one with a visor i would go for like the recon visor shape too.
