Looked at the controls layout, says LT is for commander powers. Yet when the game notifies me they are ready, I can’t do anything. Cutter is supposed to be able to drop ODSTs and fire MAC right? Just like in HW1? Has anyone else ran into this?
In game, press the view button (the left one to the menu button), you’ll see commander’s powers that you can buy thanks to power points (don’t know how we win power points, maybe that’s automatic).
Then, press LT to use powers you bought.
You will get upgrade points as you achieve things during the game (like capturing a base, capturing an objective etc).
Press the “back” button, to the left of the Xbox guide button, and you will see a leader upgrade tree. You can use 1 upgrade point to buy 1 leader power or upgrade including MAC, Healing and ODST drops.
Once you have bought these powers, you can acces them by holding the left trigger (LT) and then use them on the battlefield. Use them wisely as they all have a long cooldown.
