Also, the Spirit of Fire was a Pheonix class vessel, The Pillar of Autumn was a cruiser and nobody knows what class the Infinity is.

I looked it up, and the Arks in 2012 (movie) are around 1,092 ft long.
The Spirit of Fire, an upgraded Pheonix Colony Ship, was 8,200 ft long.
The Pillar of Autumn, a Halcyon Cruiser, was 3,800 ft long.
The Forward Unto Dawn, a Frigate, was 1,607 ft long.
The Infinity, we know nothing about.
This was all from Halopedia and Halo Nation. Starships are considerably larger than the ocean-based ships built by humanity in the 2012 movie.

If the 2012 arks are as big as the largest ship in the world, then the forward unto dawn, a frigate, is longer than it. And it flies and goes in space plus faster than light speed.
