How often do you Rage quit?

I think most of us have done it even though i try not to even if my teammates are on smurfs trolling. I almost rage quit my last match but i got offline after the match instead

I have never rage quit. The only games where I have actually quit were due to the game being lagged out or most of the team had already quit and it was just a steam roll match happening.

I never rage quit, even if the rest of my team leaves. Sometimes I get disconnected, but unfortunately that usually happens when my team is winning. I also report everyone who quits.

Usually once every 5-6 matches. More frequently in Warzone because I personally hate the game mode and keep coming back trying to give it a chance.

I dont quit unless there is a rl emergency.

I don’t rage quit. I only quit if the match becomes extremely lopsided and my team ends up quitting because of it or if someone in real life needs my attention.

Never

Never ever rage quit.

I’ve quit a handful of games and that was only because of really bad lag and once when I remembered an appointment last second.

But the current state of matchmaking has made me stop after two or three games though.
First game: Massively unbalanced (I was on the winning team) and not fun.
Second game: Even more massively unbalanced, and not fun (on the losing team).
Third game: Essentially a repeat of the first game until half the enemy team quit and got worse.

I sense a pattern… So got sick of it and switched to Star Wars battlefront which at least has balanced games.

Not very often but when I do it’s not so much rage as it’s pure, quiet, seething hatred for the game. I’ve uninstalled the whole game twice because of it. I usually get over it. Except last time I uninstalled and sold my Xbone. So I guess that’s the last time and although I’m over it, I got no xbox:( Kinda miss it because I like Halo. I don’t like getting sniped in the face at point blank range.

I never rage quit. I only quit when I have to do something else randomly, extreme lag and Sweaty 1v4s.

thats a whole other level of anger … dang

Not sure when the last time I did it, but I’m not going to lie. I have done it before.

I’ve never intentionally quit a game, Halo or otherwise.

I only quit if I’m not really enjoying myself in a match, or if my team isn’t making any significant progress.

You can’t have ā€œVaderā€ in your gt if you aren’t willing to back it up. Spent the Xbox money on some Warhammer 40K stuff. Now I spend time listening to jazz music while painting tiny little plastic figures. I guess I can fling one across the room occasionally to keep my Vader street cred.

I honestly don’t know if I have ever raged quit… I’m sure I have at some point in life, but I can’t think of when. Heck, I can’t even remember the last time I quit lol I will quit games sometimes if the teams really become lopsided I will fully admit as I’m not wasting my time (or internet data!) In those kinds of garbage matches.

I have gotten lots of DNF though because of disconnects since the Monitors Bounty update… that’s always fun lol Be nice if 343I/MS could invest in some better servers or let us pick where we connect or something. I heard something like the new Call of Duty game will allow players to do this or something… that could be interesting.

I have rage quit a couple of times but its very rare for me.

I generally try to avoid rage-inducing things, especially in video games. Life is too short for that kind of thing, and I’m not just saying that because I’m old. I will admit I have gotten frustrated at video games before, but never enough to make me want to rage quit. I understand the appeal of a good win can be stronger than the rage-inducing shenanigans that happen sometimes, but since I decided to stick to Warzone Firefight I’ve been pretty chill when playing Halo.

Here’s a true story: just yesterday I made the mistake of accepting the game invite of some random kid who started messaging me. When I wasn’t looking, he took us away to Team Doubles which is some ranked arena playlist that I never play. But I didn’t want to ditch him, so I played through it. We got stomped, because of course we did (I never play ranked arena and I have zero familiarity with the maps).

I learned my lesson about accepting random game invites, but it was an interesting experience and I can understand why people might rage if they’re losing in that kind of playlist, especially if they care about their tracked stats like K/D or W/L. But I’ve always preferred more relaxing game modes in Halo.

Nice to see another jazz fan. I listen to jazz while playing Halo sometimes. Wes Montgomery never gets old to me
