In the last 20 matches that you played how many times has any DLC maps become available in your 3 map choices? Don’t count any that you played in the actual DLC playlist.
I have all 3 map packs and unless I am playing the DLC playlist I never get to play any of them.
343 needs to have a challenge, a contest, offer a discount, or make certain playlist have them be required to play in them. I feel like I wasted 25 dollars buying these maps.
I play the DLC maps all the not time. They constantly come up as not selections for every game!

Well I don’t have any friends who play halo so I have not seen them since they came out in anything other than the DLC playlists.
I get the majestic map packs fairly often in doubles and occasionally in infinity slayer. I haven’t touched the orginal map pack since the orignial DLC playlist was removed.
I never run into them unless I’m playing FFA or SWAT.
I haven’t played Crimson since December…

I can’t remember the last time I played on Crimson maps, but I believe I can recall the last time I played on a Majestic map (it was in Rumble Pit), but that was about a month or two ago. I think I played some Castle maps in their playlists, but that’s it.
I see them quite often. Yesterday I saw Monolith, Skyline, Landfall, Day Break and Perdition. All except Perdition I saw multiple times.
I see them quite regularly. But i know about this issue.
What I thought about: they copied some parts from CoD, but, when I think about this… there is an option on MW3, where you can toggle on/off, if you want to search for DLC maps. If it’s on, the game does search for people WITH DLC in the first place, and then for people without.
Maybe this would be an idea how to fix this easily.
DLC maps come up often enough for me especially in Slayer, BTIS, and CTF. What pisses me off though is that people don’t vote for them half the time when they do come up. There is zero reason to vote for Abandon over Skyline or Monolith people.
7 of my last 20 were on DLC maps. I don’t seem to have an issue getting DLC maps as a choice in Halo 4 unlike previous Halo games.

I enjoyed crimson DLC when it was released, now I barely see them in matchmaking or it never gets voted.Don’t really care about the other two because I don’t like the playlists they’re featured in.
Whenever I see a DLC map in the rotation, I always make it a point to vote for it. They just don’t appear often enough, and it’s a shame. They’re good maps.
In the past month, i only ran into 3 DLC maps.
In short not nearly enough to warrant any other DLC purchases, the only reason I even own them now is due to the War Pass.
If this is how things will be for Halo 5 then I’m pretty sure I’ll pass. That still depends on what Microsoft shows us at the reveal to decide if it’s the Ps4 or 720.
I don’t find Halo 4 as great as the past games to make me buy any DLC.
So it’s a no no for me.
