The two that were starter packs I think for war zone. I saw that I was billed for about 25$ by Microsoft. And I noticed I had the two few packs that I never had before. I think my daughter might have bought them when she was pressing buttons.

You can disable purchases in your xbox one’s settings. But Silver are 1.99, Gold are 2.99, and the Bundle is 24.99 < (I think your daughter bought this)
You can contact Microsoft and request a refund, they may give it to you, though they tend to do this for full games only and not for micro-transactions.

No you can’t, if you’ve already bought it or got it with a limited edition of the game then you cannot get a 2nd bundle
