How much do you care about your KDR?

Obviously KDR is important, but how much does it “matter” to you?

My KDR sucks bad, and I am wondering if it is okay to say, “Who cares? I am having fun (for the most part haha)”?

I’m somebody who doesn’t care at all. I’m the epitome of an “average” player.

SR 142, 0.97 K/D, 49% win percentage.

I play just for fun, and I play alot. Doesn’t matter to me whatsoever. I’ve hit a skill plateau to where I’m not going to get much better or worse, and I’m okay with that.

Obviously it isn’t important.

I just aim for anything over one. To kill more than i’ve died makes me feel useful.

I like to make people think I’m good but if you camp in the back and get easy kills your KDR will go up. I pushing for a 2.0 in arena infection is helping. XD

No idea what my kdr is but I honestly don’t care. As long as I am having fun (which I am) kdr doesn’t matter to me

I just play my motto is if you Ain’t dying you ain’t trying so my kd is pretty low

I don’t have fun unless my kdr goes positive… I played Griff ball slot and it went down by 500… Still positive though ( ̄< ̄)>

Not at all. I play a game to have fun not talk stats

I care about it so much because if its too low how will I ever join faze and finally get true friends, it dictates my every move, if I die I make it the biggest deal and I steal every kill I can

/S

I don’t care about KD at all

It doesn’t really matter, within reason. If playing against even competition you should be able to give as much as you can take. So anything around 1 is reasonable. Some games you’ll break close to even, others you’ll get wrecked and in some you’ll be on fire/hog power weapons like a champ. If you have like a 2-3 plus kd you’re simply wiping the floor with inferior players, which isn’t something to be proud of. If you’re well below 1 the opposite is true.

Personally, I don’t give two -Yoink- about mine. Just play the game.

I put my life on the line for my kdr to be good… not really but some people prob do

I don’t really care about it that much. Sometimes I try to keep it well-maintained… other times I just screw around with scout hogs in warzone while getting a whole bunch of deaths and barely any kills.

I would like to say I don’t care, and for the most part I never have. but just like most people who play any game ( me included ) you play to have fun, but you would really like to have so good numbers behind you. me im average to below average so its a struggle. but if it gets to the point that the numbers are all that matters you might want to take a step back from the game for a little while.

I used to, but then I realized I wasn’t having fun and getting mad if I didn’t go positive.

Then I stopped caring and my KDR shot up. So.

Same with me, I found out that if I just play for fun I end up doing significantly better than when I’m worried.

I only care that it is at 1. I try to shoot for at least a 1.0 in a match, that way I am not bringing the team down (unless its an objective game type, then it doesn’t matter) Have fun, that’s what matters

> KDR for Halo 5 is extremely broken so I don’t worry about it to say the least. Every other Halo including 4 had KDR working. Not someone with the same amount of kills and deaths with a way lower/higher KDR

Because that’s KDA, not KDR. It’s not broken. It’s working as intended.
