How the MCC destroyed my Xbox: One day I decided to the stupid decision to reinstall the MCC. After I played the entire Halo 3 campaign alone on legendary, the game broke down in the loading screen after the epilogue, and I did not get the achievment. The game did not start then, so I reset my console. Then she did not want to start. Now I’m sitting with a not working Xbox, thanks to 343 award-winning MCC.
Your case sounds very severe. Mcc is very buggy for me but the worst I’ve gotten is my sound cutting out after finishing a game or mission. Have you tried unplugging the power supply for a few minutes?

The game itself can not destroy an Xbox. Do this:
- Hard reset the console
- After hard reset, leave off and unplug all cables and wires
- Turn the Xbox back on
That sounds really intense I hope you can fix it.
