Okay, so obviously there’s been a lot of talk about solo and casual players getting the shaft in the new Warzone Firefight mode, with a lot of the criticism centered around the mode’s inherent difficulty and the lack of powerful reqs for newbies to take down bosses in the later rounds.

Personally, I have 242 Scorpion tanks in my arsenal (I’ve finished all my gold packs and have access to everything, but for simplicity I’m just focusing on Scorpion tanks atm). I’m a solo player for the most part. And I’ve played approx 32 games of FF, with 14 victories to my name (so, ~43% win percentage).

So, my questions to the community are:

1. How many Scorpion tanks do you have access to?

2. Do you typically play solo with randoms or in a pre-made team?

3. What is your win percentage for Firefight so far?

My point in making this little survey is to see how people fare in WZFF based on their access to powerful reqs and their playstyle. It’s no secret WZFF is challenging, but as a casual solo player myself, I don’t feel it’s overly difficult and would be dismayed to see the difficulty lowered (I don’t think a 43% win percentage is that bad for a solo player lacking any form of coordination with my team). Then again, I have access to a lot of firepower, so maybe that’s skewing my perception. Maybe if I didn’t have access to a lot of powerful reqs and still played as a casual solo player, I’d be singing a different tune.

Anyway, answer away and let’s see what we get.

I’m a solo player, and I got the answers you need:

  1. Quite a lot… Especially around 70 Corp Scorpions.

  2. Solo Like, 95%. It’s not too bad really. There’s someone in our team (as well as me occasionally) bring the big guns.

  3. Not too bad, but not that great. I’ll admit it’s better than my standard Warzone Win/loss ratio. lol.

In certain maps such as Attack on Sanctum, right after I get REQ LV 8-9, I bring up a air vehicle or a powerful land vehicle such as scorpions and Mantises. Otherwise, I just use the Patrol Case armor mod along with extended mag loadout weapons.

I’m not sure how many tanks I have. If you discount the first game that I lagged out of, I’m 2-0 in firefight.

Around 15 Corp Scorpions, I only play solo and currently 100% win rate in FF.

I have around 20 scorpions (still grinding silver packs) and I have won 3 wzff matches out of the 7 or 8 that I have played. That said, I refuse to use any scorpions until I have a larger reserve built up. I have used some wraiths though because I have tons of those

I’ve played 55 games of warzone FF and have won 22 of them. Best map is ARC and worst map is Urban. (lol 0 wins there)
I have 105 scorpion tanks and 119 wraiths and I often use them against bosses.
I usually play solo when ever I have time to play.

When im not using power weapons of vehicles, I tend to use the pistol. Its a great go to weapon.

So far, it seems that firepower isn’t too big a factor when it comes to playing solo, as the win percentage seems to be hovering between 40-50%, and most people seem to have between 20-60 tanks (with a few outliers).

More replies would obviously be helpful. :slight_smile:
