How many vehicles will Halo 5 have?

Halo 4 had 7 vehicles unless I am completely forgetting one but does anyone believe the vehicle count will go up much if at all? 343i might remove the Mantis and simply replace it with some UNSC aerial vehicle or might stop adding UNSC vehicles and just focus on the third race of vehicles (Promethean).

To clarify, these are the vehicles Halo 4 had: Mantis, Scorpion, Warthog, Mongoose, Banshee, Ghost, and Wraith.

IMO it is kind of sad that Halo 3 had more vehicles than Halo 4 so I would hope 343i can confirm more vehicles in Halo 5 soon.

So how many vehicles do you see 343i having in Halo 5.

It always bugged me when Bungie used add really cool vehicles only to remove them in the next game, Halo 3 added the Hornet, Chopper and Prowler and all of those were absent in Reach. I was let down to see that there wasn’t a single human aircraft in Halo4 multiplayer so hopefully the Hornet makes a return in Halo5, I also hope the Mantis stays in and they add a few Forerunner vehicles.

Well we have the Banshee, Scorpion, and Phaeton confirmed, and I doubt the Ghost, Wraith, Mongoose, and Warthog are going anywhere so that’s 7 already. The Mantis, Hornet and Revenant all have a strong chance to appear as well.

Hopefully we can finally have the Warthog, Revenant and Chopper in the same game.

Waitwaitwait. Is the Phaeton actually confirmed? Sauce? Or is it like those REAP-X ONI vehicles Mega Bloks did a year or two ago?

Pretty sure its officially an h-5 set. That said, that’s no confirmation that is usable by the player.
