So, I’m wondering how many skulls you all have been able to handle while completing the entire campaign, and if so how many. In between down time and lulls of server population at night I try to test my abilities beyond mere legendary gameplay in campaign mode. Right now, I’m trying to get through it with 9 skulls turned on, 8 of which altering the difficulty of gameplay. This is very challenging as I’m sure you’re well aware. The skulls are:
How do you compare? How far have you gotten and how long has it taken you? Has anyone been able to complete the campaign from start to finish with all skulls turned on?
Please, describe your frustrations in vivid detail if need be!
Only one start to finish solo with them all on Halo 2. Without dying took me a long time to master how to do it… if I knew I was going to be able to do I would of recorded myself xD

IWHBYD, Grunt Birthday, & Cowbell on Normal is what I last played … hahaha!
But for a challenge that’s not too annoying: Mythic, Tilt, Famine, Tough Luck on Heroic. That’s do-able without me wanting to pull my hair out. I tried a LASO on ODST, but the health pack issue was a bit much … I should try it on Halo 4.

Legendary alone in Halo 2 is a PITA. I don’t even want to think about that LASO.

^^^^^
i tried legendary a few times and when i poked my head around a corner to be one shot over and over i called it a day lol. on laso? id go insane.
All of them. I beat the Campaign SLASO and I’ve got the emblem to prove it.
Mind you, I’m never doing it again. I did it 2-4 missions at a time in my LASO run. Once I got through Reclaimer and Shutdown (the easiest missions on LASO) I couldn’t help but think “I’m almost there, just two more”; so I went all the way.
Composer and Infinity were tedious, but Composer was much easier than I thought it would be. Midnight was okay up until the 3rd tower at the end, where you have to grenade jump to the top and assassinate 7 Knights in a row, including a Commander. That part was brutal.

When Halo 2 Anniversary comes out, and I can put on all the Skulls to do LASO, I’ll do it. And I’ll defeat it. One day, mind you… One day…
But doing it in Halo 2, where you have to play all the missions on Legendary all the way to part where you grab the Skulls, and then beat the Campaign on LASO, all while never turning off your Xbox? Yeah, no, screw that.
Hold on there, dude; watch Tyrant’s Mythic guides on YouTube first. That’s what I did; with his tips and tricks, LASO goes from impossible to doable. Trust me.
