Since recently finishing silvers, & what with the upcoming MoR update, I’ve been spending mad time in WZ scrounging up reqs points. My personal goal is to shoot for around twenty gold packs, but so far I only have enough for nine, & yes I only just started gold & barely have anything unlocked, but I’m hoping/wishing/praying for Wrath armor in the mass pack opening.
My fellow Spartans, how much req (or how many packs) do you save before a spending spree? What req are you saving up, hoping to drop?
I spend them as they come, except for a load up to clear silvers before updates. I’m done now so just accumulating between updates.
Anyway, don’t get your hopes up for a mythic to fall in your lap after you’ve just started golds. The Arena Req Pack Bundle (or whatever its called) might be a good idea for you if you are interested in ponying up the money.
i buy a pack whenever its available, if im playing WZ then ill need to restock
I have everything, so I save up every REQ point I get for the next upcoming update. I only spend them on gold if I feel like it for warzone.
I think I have 160K in REQ points right now, but obviously that’ll go down once MOR releases.

My second gold pack (I’ve only bought two) dropped me “104 Ways to Die”. I don’t expect that all the time, but that’s half the reason I’m saving for SO many packs. better chances with more packs, no?

WELP you burned up all your good luck now you’ll get emblems for 10 packs straight!
Jk. But really, the rarity on the mythics is crazy low, I’d only get a few here and there until I was worked through the Ultra Rares. And how many packs you open at once doesn’t matter, you’re still pulling from the same pool (though, if you want something coming in a later update, then it does make sense to wait until that item is in the pool).

This. Plus I’ve wanted Emile’s armor in H4G for a loooooooooong time, & it’ll be the only othermythic with a visible knife, Helljumer & variants being it atm.
I have everything unlocked so I usually save up about 14000 req points and get two gold packs at a time. Working on collecting boost for war zone and arena really. I have quite a few. I know I should start banking some from the upcoming update but with boost it usually doesn’t take long to knock them out.
I already finished silvers and like 30% of the golds. Now I’m saving for weeks and have about 350k req points. I’m totally ready to spend them next week ^^
At the beginning I use to hold on to them before the updates the most I held onto was about 200,000. But I figured I might as well spend them so I can use the different REQs. So now I spend them as I get them.

I buy gold packs as I can… gotta get them -Yoink- emblems…
Currently have 560,000 ish
i have about 100k saved up. I buy bronze packs every now and then just to hold me over. I think i just completed bronzes.
around 40k rn, hopeful to get on this weekend and get more REQ points
Have 180K saved up so far and I usually keep a stockpile of 100K no matter what. Been saving up for Memories of Reach.

I have everything unlocked and roughly 400,000 req points saved after buying a couple gold packs for warzone turbo.
After finish the gold pack grind i’ve begun to save up req points. Right now i’ve 350k to use.
I spend as I get them. I’m almost done with silvers so what’s a few more weeks.
