How many REQ Packs do you think you’ll open on Day One of Halo 5: Guardian’s?
Considering I plan on playing non stop for at least 12 hours ? I believe the scientific measurement is a Metric whole bunch.

if depends on how fast the credit system is in game.
Probably about 8, it’ll give you a tonne when you first start playing but it’ll slow down pretty quickly.
I have around 50-60. I bought a lot of toys and repackaged them for my Girlfriend’s son, for his Birthday and Christmas. So I’m not ashamed. No money wasted and Christmas + Birthday shopping is done this year already.
It’s a plus that he LOVES Halo, and is 6 so doesn’t care about REQ packs. He saw some of the action figures as I was getting the pack out of them and he wanted them soooo bad; he bothered me all say for them. I gave him Chief (obviously his favorite) and told him I was returning the other ones. Promptly put them away for his birthday.

I will be as well; but still have a ton, they done with so many things, it’s hard NOT to have a lot. Specially if you have kids.

Ah damn! Honestly; I went in with expectations low because of H4 MP. But was pleasantly surprised. And that was ~9 months ago. It was just in it’s infancy and felt better than most fully released games. Now I’m extremely hyped for the retail version.

Yeah, with all the gameplay I’ve watched I am extremely excited. Honestly though I don’t like the aiming with the left trigger, I have never liked that in anything so I may see if I can switch that back to grenades and switch the aiming back to the right stick. I hope that’s possible, if not, I’m gonna be spending some time in customs alone practicing my movement lol. I was hoping to mimic Halo 4 controls as much as possible.

Mark IV and V are confirmed to be in-game on day one, they are, however, not showing because of a bug or they are secret unlocks.

I’d imagine that since they asked specifically if it’ll be added in at a later date, Josh would’ve said “yes it’ll be in at a later date” not “Both Mark IV and Mark V will be available through the REQ system”
He probably said they “Will be” because the game isn’t out yet.

Hmm… I’ll take it with a grain of salt. I don’t want to get excited for Mark V and never see it, wasting my time and then hear from an announcement that it’s releasing. I’d feel stupid. lol

I thought the same thing; but after just a few hours in the beta; I picked it up quickly and it actually felt better than having grenades on LT, granted you only get 1-2 grenades per life it kinda makes the LT useless after those are gone. And the LT is a very important finger placement area.
