How many people here got recon legitly by doing all the vidmasters on ODST and Halo 3? Just wondering i got recon about a year ago.

Same here. Got Endure on Legendary too!

I didn’t. I could never get Endure because of the lag.

‘legit’ should be when Bungie gave it out to individuals, not Vidmasters.

I got all Vidmsters recently, but I still don’t use Recon. My current Spartan is better in my opinion. and I dont even use Spartans to begin with, I use Elites.

I got mine legit recently, finally got the people I needed to pass the 4th set on Heroic Live Firefight (Had gotten close a few times but had people quite, lag out, suck, etc). But my biggest Halo armor milestone was getting the Katana. Now that was hard. Then the DLC cheevos came out and everybody had it. Lame. I think they should made these difficult to obtain armors available in Halo 4, 5, 6 only to those who earned them in the game they originally appeared in.

I got mine during 2008 at Pax in Seattle during the Bungie Vs The World xD competition on the new release of the mythic map packs.

I got it 3 times on 3 different accounts. I used to help people get those vidmasters. It was fun. Now the days of legit are over sadly =(

I got mine three days after ODST came out.

I immediately went on Halo 3 because my friend wanted to take a picture. Its still in my file share, and it got 600 dls. Those were the good days.

I had tried to get it when the reach BETA was announced but gace up- I eventually did the vidmasters but is was soon to the release of reach! :frowning:

And now that I think about it, the hardest part was finding someone who was a decent host lol!
