So I really want the Technician Override armor set, but I’ve come to accept that it could likely be the last suit I unlock in the whole game due to the random unlock system. So does anyone know how long it takes to unlock all the REQs? I don’t intend to pay real money for packs.

Depends on what rarity it is. The higher the rarity, the harder it is. Unless you have really good luck.
Never mind, I just searched around for a little bit and found that it’s about 500 hours of solid play time. That’s a deal-breaker.
Well it takes about 10 minutes of play to unlock a bronze pack. The bronze has a 50% chance of giving a common REQ. There are ~75 common items.
It takes ~30 to 45 minutes to get a Silver pack, and those have up to rare quality. There are ~400 Uncommon to rares.
To get Ultras and Legendaries requires Gold packs, and those take an hour to hour and a half to get. There are ~400 ultra and legendaries.
So… A lot.
