How many games does my spartan company need for achilles
A lot. There is no set amount of games you need to simply complete the kill commendations list.
It’s less about the number of games you complete and more about the accomplishments your Co. gets in each game. You can play a bunch of rounds of Slayer and contribute little to no progress on Company commendations if you aren’t doing the right things. On the other hand, you can play 1 game of Warzone and get progress towards commendations if you focus of just a few.
Some game modes lend themselves naturally towards certain commendations (SWAT is good for headshots and Spartan Charges). The best way to get Achilles is to have an active Company that discusses what commendations to work for and then works towards them.

Since you just started it. With 15 active members, i would estimate approximately 3-4 years to complete the armor and helmet. Even with 100 people,it still takes a considerable amount of time to complete all 31 commendations.

The first Spartan company to ever get the helmet (Whiskey) took about 5 months and they were a full and very active company. I have no idea if that’s the fastest it ever took a company to get the helmet, but as Brock Saiyipson says, since you just started out and only have 13 members, I have a feeling Halo 6 will come out before you get the Achilles helmet.
No set amount games because it depends on how much you do in those games. Buts it’s a lot. Months worth of constantly only playing this game so if you have a life or play other games it’ll be a minute
Dude Achilles is earned by Spartan company kill commendations. Level 3 of all kill commendations is the armor and level 5 of all kill commendations is the helmet. This is from a clan leader so trust me when I tell you this. It also takes a lot of time and a bunch of players in a single clan to do this. BTW my clan is recruiting.

Spartan Charges can be made easier (or harder, depending on how you look at it) with the super charge button combo. Still a pain to get though

I’m afraid that’s easier said than done; most Spartan Companies who are close to the Achilles will almost always reject newcomers out of respect for the veteran members who’ve invested so much time towards it, or if they’re the kind of person who’d snatch-and-grab the armor / helmet and leave.
I had the devil’s luck when I got my Achilles armor from a company that let me in back in the day. There were no consequences when I left afterwards. Repeating the same thing for the helmet is literally a death sentence at this point, especially since my current company just needs the Spartan Charges to get it.

A really annoying button combo that lets you melee and instantly spartan charge aferwards. About as annoying as getting bxr’d in H2. I’m willing to show you it sometime if you want. It’s a lot of inputs tbh
Unlike multishot this requires specific conditions when you want to do it. A lot of the good jumpers and glitchers don’t want you to know this.

Is it basically sprinting at full speed, meleeing someone while in the air and then charging them? Sounds easier said than done if so.

Never heard of it too.
If you start a company now, there’s zero chance you’ll have Achillies by the time Halo 6 comes out. You’re better off joining a company that has semi-active players and have several commendations close to completion.

Exactly that. It’s easier said than done. I timed it and its 5-6 inputs in 1.5 seconds.

It’s just that after reaching level 4 on all commendations,(thus getting the Achilles armor) my company all but stopped playing Halo 5. The company leader plays Minecraft more than Halo 5. I guess it’s time I gave up on this beloved company…
