Anyone know how many controllers can connect to the Xbox One at once?
And is 4 player split screen offline mode still supported for games like CoD and Halo?
I’m gonna assume four. Less would be a step backwards on a console that is roughly 10 times as powerful as the previous generation, and more would be impractical on a reasonable size television screen.
- Could you imagine how terrible more than that would be for split screen? Everyone would get an extremely small fraction of the screen.
We can expect four. Since I cannot find a reliable source at this time, I am unable to confirm this speculation.
