How many communities are their within Halo ?

I was just wondering how many subset’s/communities/groups are there within the Halo community as a whole. So far I have:

Competitive/E-sports
Casual (people that like Big Team and flood etc)
Grifball
Forgers
People that only play customs
People that only like Halo for the campaign

What else is there?

You forgot Machinima creators, Halo lore junkies, and Firefight/Spartan Ops fans!

Also, people who play alone and friends that play everything together for fun and as a social activity.

A LOT, you’re generalizing those 7 categories. There are more communities who do that and more. But there are a lot within.

Personally, I’m part of the waypoint community. I have been since 2010.

People that generally play with their friends. Not exactly a big group, but a general group of people thats always playing with someone that know.

Also I’m sure theres a group of people who use Halo to create screenshots or forge art.
