How long till an armor mod?

I do not play very regularly because the game feels more like a chore than a fun way to kill time but, how long till I get a single armor mod?

My brother is 5SR under me and he has got two already, one of them rare, is he just lucky or am I the unlucky one?

It’s all random. There are 2 or 3 you can get from bronze packs, so just keep trying.

Alright, it’s just that I felt like literaly everybody had one by one because of the amount of people saying the Bayonet doesn’t work against the shield upgrade. Thx!
