Earned all three of the HCS drops on twitch. My accounts are connected correctly but when I load up Halo Infinite and go into customization, they’re not there at all. I’m seeing them everywhere else so I figured it would take a minute but It’s been at least 24 hours since I got the pistol and armor coatings.
Just wanted to make sure how long I should be waiting before I hit up support.
Got my drop on Friday. Still doesnt show up in game. . .

I’m having the same issue. For some reason I got the pose way faster then the pistol and armor coatings. The victory shout pose was redeemed only 11 hours ago and the HCS Launch Weapon/Armor Coating was redeemed 2 days ago and I have yet to see them in-game. Strange.
I got all three of mine instantly.
The problem some people have been having is that they linked twitch to waypoint AFTER claiming it on twitch. If that’s the case, it’s not going to show up.
Same here, I got the pose immediately after claiming, but the weapon and armor skins aren’t showing up in game for me. All claimed and show all good on twitch, just won’t show up in game.
Ah that is extremely unfortunate if that’s true. I want to say I claimed them before I connect, but as I was trying to do so Halo/Xbox was having troubles with logging into my account so idk. I’ve never seen a twitch drop not allow you to claim it if you don’t connect first. Unlucky I guess. At least I got the pose! I’m not leaving empty handed at least

but under it, it says account connected and my Twitch account also says it’s connected.
I’ve now unlinked my account, disconnected it from Twitch and reconnected it and it’s bringing up my Twitch account. Still hasn’t unlocked in my game though.
Got the same issue as well. Claimed both and my account is link with Twitch.
Submitted a ticket but I may have done it incorrectly.
I didn’t get mine. I did claim before linking, but I feel that should not matter, and if that is the case, then it needs to be fixed. That isn’t fair to deny people over something so arbitrary and unknowable except in hindsight.

Had everything linked as well before-hand. Claimed the three drops, but nothing has shown up yet on Infinite.

Got both weapon skins instantly but no victory pose. The guy saying that it might be because one linked after, no, if someone got some rewards and not others, it stands to reason that they linked the account correctly but something in the back end didn’t work properly. 343i am I right?
They seemed instant for me once i watched the videos for an hour.
I got two out of the three immediately. The weapon coating which never appeared for me still hasn’t. Submitted a ticket and support said there is no fix as of this time.
I still haven’t received any of them. It’s frustrating. Took me 4 days to hear back from support and they just had me repeat steps I already performed.
So dumb.
Man. I got one reply from a person before NY and thats it. My ticket is still open. This is ridiculous.
