How long does it take to earn Req Packs?

How long does it take to earn Req Packs?
So we know how much it costs to get Req Packs with real money but if earning them in game takes too long we might just see an unfortunate and somewhat pay to win dynamic take shape. Now I don’t think Req Packs will be unbalancing the game necessarily but if the grind is something worse than an hour and a half to get a premium then we may have a problem.
