The Halo Waypoint community should create a petition.
> The Halo Waypoint community should create a petition.
Petition? For what? What would it accomplish?
Nothing. The answer is nothing.
Be patient…
Changes and fixes both take time.
> The Halo Waypoint community should create a petition.
Petitions on Waypoint ain’t allowed. Feel free to post it anywhere else and see it do nothing

NOTHING!
stop asking for them to make this game playable. just give up.
First this game has been out for 4 months not 5. Second it took Halo 2, which was a pile of crap at release, 6 months to get a TU, longer for H3, and in the case of Reach a year. I doubt many of you who are complaining about how long its taking complained with H2 or 3. Most of you are hypocrites.
Wait, what do you mean wait? I’m playing the freakin’ changes right now!

Halo 3 released on the 25th September and received it’s first TU in late-February, which would make it approximately 5 months, not > 6.
Now compare the number of employees working on Halo 4’s multiplayer with that of Halo 2’s, then compare the years - 2004 with that of 2012, and the technology within those years. No one is being a hypocrite (and yes, I agree that pre-TU Halo 2 was absolutely horrible.)

The games playable so chill a game not being playable is something like freaking superman 64 this is nowhere near as bad as that
I think it’s funny how you people are completely ignoring the (ye, EXISTENT) changes.

If I recall correctly first TU in H3 didn’t do much for gameplay, its second one was for that. That’s why I said that. Also lets throw the technology arguement out the window because even though that’s true, the Xbox is not an open platform and -Yoink!- has so many policies and regulations regarding XBL that devs might as well be in the Stone Age.
343i has put 2 not 1, but 2, TUs out in 4 months which has fixed many issues including a Boltshot nerf and just because the DMR didn’t get touched people are freaking out. So yes people are a little hypocritical. As to why the DMR didn’t get touched yet, I think it’s because 343i is still going over ideas on how to do it. I mean look at these forums, some want more bloom, others a RoF nerf, pockets that want an aim assist nerf or no aim assist at all. There was even a thread to take away its scope function. It will be fixed in time and 343i has been updating Halo 4 faster than Bungie did any of their games.
