How long do u think Reach's population will last?

Back at 2013-14 the population was at 30k at its peak, now at 2016 Reach’s population is now 26k during the weekends. How long do you think Reach’s population will last until it hits less than 10k during the weekend afternoon?

I’m guessing Reach’s population will start dropping significantly in the next two or three years, when it becomes severely outdated.

With custom games sustaining a great population of players, l see Halo Reach being relevant for a couple of more years, theres not really another Halo game with costmetics like Halo Reach and gametypes you dont find anywhere else, thats why I stay.

Imo As long as the 360 servers are up and running Reach will always be populated.

Till a new improved reach comes, Who knows? Reach wa the best of the best, ofcourse there were setbacks (armour lock) and some things that startled us in the past like ghost glitches, but over all we all love reach, I still think it has the most customizable armour, ex: helm attachments, Wrist, knees, over it all I miss the helm attachments, who knows, maybe they will make a reach anniversary or a halo that resembles reach in the future, either way im exited to se what 343 has for us in the near future

It will end by 2552. Cause you know, REACH RULES!!! (And Halo: 3 for its Katanna armor  )

Halo Reach FTW!

Reach is still a good game and I have a clan I play with on Reach but. Halo Reach is still a dying breed, the majority of the players are ones who can’t afford and do not want to buy an Xbox one while others are just those Reach for life kids. To be honest, the only way Reach still has a decent population is cause of the clan community. Whether or not you concur with my opinion is your decision but its the truth. Half of the Halo: Reach clan community is full of new generation old school kids that don’t have an Xbox one.

Perhaps I’m wrong, but I’ve been a Reach kid all the way and I know my way and amount of people in the Reach community.

When the 360’s live gets taken down, so does Reach.

But people will still play it on Xbox One.

360 servers will still be up for at least another decade…

Exactly. I know rumors floated around that they’d be shut down in 2016, but Spencer disproved that fact and BC on Xbox One just extended it’s life. I think it’ll still have a decent population for quite a while.

there is NO WAY that Reach only had 30k at its peak. Do you have data to back that up? 300k is more like it.

I don’t have data, but in 2013/2014 when I played there were only 30k-50k on during weekdays, and about 60-75k during weekends.

Reach was released in 2010 and had over 500k players. Reach will always be populated until its shut down because it is such a great game.

I am assuming they will shut it down in 2020 when they come out with Reach:Anniversary on the Xbox One.

did it include the custom players? if it didn’t you do realize that they are a big chunk of the reach population

A lot longer if the crew that manages it got off their fat -Yoinks!- and patched the -Yoinking!- game
