I’m talking about the time on your service record. I know you don’t get xp for campaign so I combined the time on my matchmaking record, my customs record and my spartan ops record to equal 5 days 23 hours and 17 minutes. Although I used pretty much all the xp codes so that helps 
Do you guys remember how long it took you?. Or just what it said on your service record around that time?

It was only a few days of playtime. I had TONS of doritos double XP tokens (so much so that I still have like 30 tokens left).
If they put an XP rank in the next Halo, make it take almost as long as Halo: Reach to max out.
I reached it the other day. I didn’t read the post and put 13 plus, then I read it and realised you meant game time. In which case 6 days.
Still not SR 130, I could have been…but I don’t play it very often.
I got it 2 months after the game was launched…
But how long it took in playtime?

Shouldn’t the only answer here be 13+ days? From what I remember, there was a cap to how much experience you could gain per day when this game originally came out. It took roughly 1-2 months to reach SR130 if you played each day. The EXP cap was set at 75,000XP (again, this could have changed, but that was the cap at launch), and the total amount of EXP needed to reach SR130 is 3,591,680xp. So if you reached 75,000XP each day, that would take you roughly 48 days to complete. commendations count towards that daily cap, and can not exceed that number, even if you unlock a 10,000XP commendation at 74,000/75,000 daily XP.
So people who are choosing anything below 13+ days are sort of confusing me… Unless you guys are talking about total playtime? In which case everything I just wrote would be completely moot.

yeeeeep! you guys were talking about pure playtime, not how many days it took to reach SR130. That makes a lot more sense for the answers. WELP, I should read things more carefully before posting!

I reached SR130 one day after RU Duece. 3 others made it that day as well. So, fifth in the world.
I reached it 2 months after the game came out. So like 2 days of in-game time.
I remember being SR-130 at the beginning of December '12 cannot remember the exact amount of playtime it took me. Plenty of Spartan OPs, plenty of double XP, Pioneer package, hit the XP cap for about a week straight … so I’m going to guess between 1-2 days playtime.
