As stated in the title, I’m trying to figure out how the KDA (displayed in-game under the Warzone section of your Service Record) calculated.
Now before you answer, please note that I am aware that the KDA in Arena is calculated as follows:
(K + A/3 - D) / (#Games)
However, I’d like to know how it’s calculated for Warzone specifically. That is, does it include AI kills? AI assists? Maybe some fraction of either of them? It feels like I’ve tried every possible combination of values with the formula above and I cannot get the KDA value displayed in-game.
I don’t know the exact formula, but Warzone KDA factors AI and boss kills/assists as far as I’m aware.
Yeah, it figures in AI kills and assists, so your Warzone KDA is massively inflated, especially if you’re a heavy WZFF player. The formula is likely exactly the same, but you’ll have to factor in the likely thousands upon thousands of AI kills/assists you’ve gotten. Then maybe you’ll start approaching the KDA value the Warzone section of your profile displays.

Yeah I’m in the same boat. Sometimes I find games, sometimes not. Unfortunately it’s usually near the bottom of the list in terms of population on Menke’s updates.
