I don’t question a lot when it comes to games because I get that video games don’t always have to follow logic but with HW2 this is bugging me. How is the spirit of fire getting new tech. They have been floating for so long that when they are waking up and doing all this fighting they should be using only the stuff they had from HW1. They haven’t been anywhere to get new gear unless as they were floating they kept stooping at planets and garbing gear but it just so happen that there was no communication at any of the planets.

It gets explained don’t worry
isabel ks all i will say wait a while and the rest will be explained
Well the descriptions for the blitz cards suggest they picked the wreckage of the unsc outpost and the Spirit has its own foundries which means it can fabricate almost anything it needs with the schematics and other than the warthogs they pretty much start out with their old stuff. Red Team is still using Mark IV GEN1, the Spirit hasn’t changed, the only stuff that has is the Marines have changed to their Woodland DPM which is most likely carried on the ship not something they painted over and the General Work Fatigues for the Sailors seem to be lighter material which may very well just be one of the alternate uniforms the Spirit carries

Well I put it down to two things.
1, the SoF and other UNSC ships probably has a online handshake protocol were the ships systems attempt to connect to Unsc bases for communication purposes which means that new plans and schematics could be uploaded in the process.
2, Isabel once connected to the SoF’s systems uploaded plans and schematics to newer tech so they stand a chance against Atriox.
be an private savage anything you can get your hands on along with Reengineering everything, so you can use it for your own purpose…
steal covenant tech when the 117 was on the ark, unsc outpost an debris of the forward up on dawn… the banish… the ark resources
It will be just so easy like with the Infinity - humanitäre build it during war and its of course easy for them to use it correctly… I hate those loreless things 343 did… I hope it will be better and way more intelligent explained than the Infinity stuff
The SOF has production facilities, this combined with the leftover UNSC stuff on the Ark and maybe even the Arks own production facilities is how I expect it to be explained.

The infinity actually has a very extensive and rich lore background. Do your research before you post stuff about something not having a lore background.

Just like they did with Chief’s armor in Halo 4.
I guess some magic will happen, or they gonna use the stupid nanobots or nanotechnology explanation. My third idea that Spirit of Fire will become a Transformer. If you know what happened with Optimus in the end of the second film, that he got the other Autobot parts then I think 343 would gladly use similar way (which has nothing to do with the Halo Universe in my opinion, 'cuz the nanotechnology always remind me of Crysis) to upgrade SoF.

I saw a cutscene and it’s kind of explained but I guess they don’t go into too much
Magic?

Yup. Keep in mind this is post-Infinity, so a lot of Forerunner tech integration has already been worked out, and Isabel being a logistics AI should be helpful in coordinating any upgrades aboard the SOF.
