Have you even played Halo 4, and if you have did you use anything other than the DMR? If you haven’t played Halo 4 then you have no convincing proof that H4 is Reach 2.
Halo 4 is Halo 4.
From what people on this forum have said, Halo 4 plays and feels more like Halo 3 with some Reach-ish elements. So trusting their word, Halo 4 will be damn good.
Halo 4 is Halo 4, not Reach 2. They are saying this because of the Armor Abilities, but that doesn’t mean anything.
I’ll says that Halo 4 is a combination between a FIXED Reach and Halo 3 with new things added to the table.

Thought so!!
Just… just… just leave, bro. Halo 4 is Halo 4, nothing more, nothing less.

This forum was made so I could see what made the haters think h4 is reach, I had no idea how they saw anything the same and I really wanted to know.
and what’s so bad about being Reach 2.0? Much better then being a Halo 2.5.
People say it’s reach 2.0 because it has features from reach such as sprint, jet packs, DMR. IMO halo 4 is way better than reach and halo 3!

Halo 2 was alot better to alot of fans than reach, but yeah Halo 4 is from what i have been told by a employee at EB games, a very good game, that plays like halo 3 but just faster and alot of rewards

No, no, they’ve got it all wrong.
Halo: CE is Reach 2. Halo 4 is Reach 6.
Is Empire Star Wars Episode V or is it Episode II? It’s V, of course. Halo 4 is really Reach 6 (The Return of the Jedi).
Like when the States skipped 3 prequels to Final Fantasy that were only in Japan, and then renumbered everything starting with 7.
You guys just can’t understand how prequels work, that’s what I think is the problem.

Played it at Eurogamer Expo.
Used the AR, BR, Needler, Sniper, Rockets, Magnum, Shotgun, Carbine, Scattershot, SAW, Sword, Boltshot and Light Rifle… from what I remember.
This is definitely not Halo Reach 2.0
People are still skeptical about the whole deal with Armor Abilities and the fact that they are adding passive abilities too increases that sense of just another Reach where AA’s were not very thought out (I still enjoy playing Reach MM though, it’s not as bad as some make it out to be in my opinion). I just hope Halo 4 will be as awesome as I believe it is, so 343 can prove all these skeptics wrong.

Very jealous

In the defense of the faction which say this, they do seem to have a point. You can’t create an effective map which caters to all armour abilities, especially if that armour ability is something like jetpack (far worse than armour lock, IMO.) Not to mention that there is no balance in a game where opposing players do not have the same weapons and armour abilities available to them when they spawn throughout the match. To be blunt, unlockables through a progressive system are a marketing gimmick designed to keep people playing the game so they can reach their next milestone. It’s simply a law that: whoever plays the more amount of games, gets the greater advantage. Not only does this lower the skill gap, it’s a gimmick which should stay in RPGs.
That being said, I am looking forward to Halo 4’s campaign; it seems to have story which will surpasses Halo: Reach’s easily.
It isn’t.

If you wanted an unbiased opinion poll you’re doing it wrong buddy
Halo 4 is Halo 4. If it was Reach 2.0, then it would be named so. People who are only holding opinions from what they’ve seen say it looks like Reach 2.0 and COD. People who have played this all say the same thing, that Halo 4 is great and people are worrying over nothing.
> and what’s so bad about being Reach 2.0? Much better then being a Halo 2.5.
That’s just your opinion.
Strange, Halo 4 takes place on Requiem. How can it be Reach 2?
0/10 for trying OP.
