So I just finished the ten matches and only won like 3 or 4 but ended up getting onyx, how does that work? Does it count kills per game because I ended almost every game in 2nd or 3rd place.

Maybe that’s why, I did fairly good in all of them just didn’t win much lol
FFA is much different compared to the team playlists. Even if you don’t win the match, depending on your opponents, if you come second, third, or even fourth, you may gain CSR. So if you are consistently in the top 3, against high ranks, you will probably be placed in that rank or above.

i get placed onyx everytime and I usually dont continue after getting placed lol

Agreed. I Played all 10 FFA of this seasons placement matches against Onyx, champ and unranked. It is my understanding that FFA has traditionally awarded positive CSR for players in the top 3 positions.

Top 3 places are ‘winners’ too the game. Just finish in them places.
