How I think "rush" units should be handled

I think rushing in this game is way too easy, if you think it’s not, then you should go play 3v3 where all the worst players are just spamming jackrabbits and sentinels to get an easy win, rushing the lowest rank first. Turrets are both too expensive, and too slow to build, friendly bases are also too far apart to defend eachother. In my personal opinion, sentinels should be unlocked at around 8 minutes, at the fourth leader power upgrade tick, jackrabbits are scouting units, I think they should be unable to attack bases, similar to how snipers don’t, and I think choppers should be given a similar upgrade tree to the jackrabbits, where they are inarmed initially. What makes choppers particularly powerful is that you just completely ignore power and invest into all supplies, and just triple pump stock choppers. If it took 200 power to give choppers weapons, it would hurt their rushing capabilities by probably 30 seconds, making it easier to defend. I’d be interested in other solutions or opinions.
