after this years installment i believe the next campaign installment should increase the rating to m and bring the flood back in hd triple aaa graphics i know you dont want to because of china but you should do it for America and also other countries and for all the og bunjie fans that made halo cause im kinda put off on buying the campaign do to the fact i have purchased the battle pass and that may cost me 60 just to not have everything unlocked 6 months down the road
guys what made halo so great 343 is that your armor sets were not blocked behind a pay wall you earned them witch is what made halo so great and addicting …i think you may want to make the battle passes for free and keep your store active cause you turned halo kina into Fortnite or activision / blizzard call of duty war zone i get it you want money but if you release the game with free battle passes and keep your store for non lore items … i believe you would have way more pre orders … i now i would have pre orderd it by now
if you listen to me you will save your reddit on halo and you will decrease current toxicity i used to be toxic and lash out emotionally but no one wants to listen when they are getting screamed at i hope this reaches some dev in 343
Halo’s M rating was only given that way due to the ESRB’s policies in the early 2000s, that singular letter isn’t the green or red light for the inclusion of the Flood, and Halo Infinite’s graphics look less advanced due to the art style, but I digress.

it was given cause of the flood also allot of blood on all killed ais. but it was because of the flood they area horror element that makes the lore more inviting and interesting
but you know how they do and having them in the game for gruesome factor made halo m we need them back
and if they bring back the flood in a campaign with you new halo infinnite ui ill be very VERY HAPPY like i would have trust from 343 that they know what halo is they have a clear vision atm and i love the mp game .
Oh absolutely, the flood would make for an awesome addition to the game. I’m just stating that it doesn’t have to be M rated for that to be possible :]

like im wierd but i want to see a human combat from with the infinite engine like its could be actually kinda freakky went it aint polygons anymore i could see halo having that campain and a flood mode they kinda emulate cod black ops zombies like you got to last as long as you can at a crash site they could really play with it if it ever becomes a thing that open 2 new game modes a new campian and a survival mode kinda like infection mode but your on a team
believe me you do not want the flood rated t it will create another halo reddit melt down
the t rating is to open there demographic
It’s a fair enough argument I guess. I just think it’s realistic to have a fully fleshed-out flood addition with this rating.

you think the flood transformations and the infection forms dismorfing bodies could be rated t? you don’t think that won’t limit creative expression of a effective representation of how gross the flood are . i personally feel youd need a m rating and you’d be able to get as gross as resident evil or silent hill witch the flood are pretty intense visually id sent a pic of a human combat form but im new to the forums so it cant let me but if you can goggle it . if you have a reason or you dont think that falls under intense gore or the m rating effevtivly . id love to hear your thoughts
like when halo ce came out it felt like a adult game maybe cause i was a child but the tone it felt very serious

and then they introduced the flood and they wear actuayllly intemedating and frightning and jerk at body horror and body snatchers
You said it yourself. An M rating would make their target demographic unreachable.
The flood isn’t even that graphic in the games, either. The cutscenes can be gruesome and their honorable mentions are gorey, but the actual in-game flood is just a bunch of pale green tentacle monsters that explode into dust and chunks when they die.
They would probably be more realistic with an up-to-date engine, but nothing about them- save their off-screen or briefly on-screen infection actions- is very graphic. I believe they could be done on a T rated game.

if they show infection forms doing the bubble transformation i couldnt complain then .
i just hope there not skulls with tentacles i hope when the flood comes back… cause they will they have that zombie parasite vibe but i hope they are like the head of the human dangling off with the original arm and its like the flood grew on the person but didnt us all the mass for its form … my flood is h1 h2 h3 flood . i kinda see what you sayng cause the borg are visually graphic but it still falls under the pg 13 rating

I want a horde mode with the flood as the enemy. Imagine wave after wave of flood storming a group of Spartans, getting harder and harder, bigger and bigger and they would need to make the weapon drops get better as well culminating in some scorpion drops.

So far is the flood returning in the game we’re going to have to see the game. Just wait two days from this post. Far as a flood mode now that would be fire, think about it kind of like hord mode and yeah we would literally be ripping off gears of war but who cares. Buying equipment based off the number of kills you got or something like that. I would totally play the crap out of that
