i want to know how i can see my progress, because idk how many time i espend there, in my profile appear like 2 days and 7 hours but i played more than that and it dont show custom games time it just appear multiplayer.

Click on your Spartan. Go to service record custom games and it’ll have an add up of all your time spent in custom games

There’s an option for custom games and campaign and warzone. They’ll tell you how long you played on each game type and if you click on them it’ll give you more details aka how much in Slayer how much in FFA etc.
If you got to your achievements page on social you can see how long you played the game in total
