How have they not added a safe zone yet!!!!!!

How have they not added a safe zone yet in warzone!!! when the enemy team is farming you have no were to go!! at least add a bloody shield zone in the back of the base and then people could stay in the shield zone, also if the team is been triple capped why not add a 5 minute timer or even less so that it makes it less harder to farm. Nearly a year after release and this still goes on.

I don’t think the timer would be good/fair. I’ve pulled a triple cap game back after 5 minutes, and any longer a timer would risk being the length of the game anyways. A safe zone could work, but with that, you already highlight the problem- people could just sit in there… like all game, just because they don’t like how a kill went or something. It’s easy enough now to just sit at the back of the main base and be relatively unharmed from an attacking team.

Let’s not forget, farming only works for Achilles teams because of people willingly running out to them. Very rarely do a team push into a base proper as the narrow corridors removes some of their advantage.

when a team is that good no where is safe. when a team has level 7 reqs at 200 points and im at level 2 just getting to level 3 with 6 kills. half of my team still didn’t get req 3 till they had 500 points. the game at one stage was us spawning with sword in our back because they had spawn trapped us that bad we couldn’t even move.

i understand that a timer could be a bad idea but at least a safe zone in theback, that way you just tell your team to stay back and make the enemy team bored or just attack the core

Idiots are gonna run out regardless of safe zones, and said zone creates a potential camping issue. Like I said, teams rarely push in, preferring to stay back with vehicles, so on the rarer occassion they do push in, I’d rather take it as is, than create some sort of camping safe zone. Invasion had safe zones, and both teams would camp inside andjust outside in the corners for spawn kills. We really don’t need that back imo.

but if you put the safe zone all the way to the back of the base so they are not near the core that give the attacking team more of a advantage to kill the core. well how about make a surrender option if you feel that the team is farming you can call a vote on your fellow team mates on whether you want to surrender or not

A surrender option could work, or maybe even a score ratio system ie 50 points to 800 causes game over, but a safe zone anywhere is gonna create issues. Having it ‘at the back’ won’t encourage them to destroy the core one bit. It would in fact create the exact opposite, causing them to push you all the way back to the zone with every tank, sniper and Answer they have, all trained on one narrow in/out of the safe zone. Idiots would still run out, and those who don’t could stay there forever, even if the team backs off. At the end of the day, this is a game to get kills in. Sure being spawn killed sucks, but creating ‘walls’ against killing in general would be too risky.

Talking about fair my core once got destroyed and we had captured a base 2 seconds later core destroyed.

The issue with players staying in that base all game is already prevalent, but it is very rare in my experience. If they don’t like how the game is going they will more then likely quit the game rather then risk 20 or more potential minutes.

Adding the sheild after the base has been capped would be were the difference lies. Then players who can defend there core have the option of either fighting the enemy back, or if in an extreme case of being farmed, they can run back and hide.

my team destroyed the core when the opposite teams had 999 and i destroyed the core but died at the same time like i rushed in with the light of urs and shot the bloddy thing until the enemy team focused fire

A shield which protects spawn, but leaves the core vulnerable, would help to make farming less of a problem, though it wouldn’t solve the problem. A shield would help to bore the farmers into coring, or it would encourage randoms on the farming team, assuming there are any, to core with less resistance. This isn’t a guaranteed solution, but it’ll make it less of a problem.
A ten-minute timer on the core would also help. If you’re stuck at a stalemate at your base for ten minutes, nothing will likely progress beyond that stalemate. If you’re being farmed, ten minutes is ample time to end the game without it being long enough for the farmers to do absolutely massive damage.
A combination of both would be best, in that farmers who have no intention of coring would get far fewer kills out of a round due to the shield, and if they persist, the round ends after ten minutes.
This wouldn’t solve the problem entirely, but it would mitigate and discourage farming.
